A couple of years ago, Brixton has been contemplating adopting a strategic plan. It is apparent that in any organization planning of some sort is needed for growth purposes. In the year 2014 the Board is envisaging taking a bold move in seeing the implementation of the strategic plan.
A draft copy of the plan was done some three years back. The church has to re-look into this and see if it can be adopted with or without changes and then start working on its implementation.
